Good sports day
What more to say than:
Georgia 27
Alabama 25
Braves 10
Giants 2
Wake Forest 24
Georgia Tech 21
Anaheim 9
Yankees 5 (ousting the Yanks)
Ole Miss 17
Florida 14
At this instant Tennessee is in its 5th Overtime against Arkansas, so there's a good chance they may lose, to boot.
Which brings up a good point: Why isn't anyone campaigning against the ridiculous overtime system in college football? For those not in the know, rather than play sudden death, each team is set up at the 25-yard-line, and given one possession in which to score. Since the 25 is within most college kickers' range, it's a great advantage to have your opponent get the ball first, so you know if they scored a touchdown, a field goal, or not at all, and therefore what it takes to chalk a 'W'.
It's as if, after 4 quarters of football, they decided to give the teams soccer penalty kicks to decide the game. Usually, a fumble means a loss, since the other team takes over possession in field goal range.
What would I do instead? Why not give each team a regular possession, starting with a kickoff? That way, good (or bad) special teams can have an effect, a team has to actually do something to get into field-goal range, and your defense has a chance to keep the other team from scoring, but both teams still have a chance to win (that is, it's not determined by the coin-flip, as sometimes seems the case with NFL sudden death overtime).
P.S.: Tennessee finally won the game against Arkansas in the 6th Overtime, the second-longest game in NCAA history.
