Free 'blog ideas
If I were starting a 'blog now, and trying to get it to pay for itself, or make a little money, I would do one on MovableType itself (I've seen a number of 'blogs that occasionally have hints, but no central site -- correct me if I'm wrong) or on the new Danger Hiptop -- I'm getting a comparatively high number of hits on it already, based on 2 or 3 mentions over the last 2 months.
